Team Building Event Musopia Oy
Venice never fails to enchant with its narrow lanes, historic piazzas and the distinctive rhythm of its canals.
As a CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure on June 4, 2025 at 3:00 PM of leading an iPad Tour for 24 employees of Musopia Oy in Venice. The meeting point was on Viale Giuseppe Garibaldi, where I welcomed the group, gave a brief introduction to the CityHunters app and how to use the iPads, and got the teams ready for the adventure. The mood was expectant and excited — just right for a refreshing team building experience in Venice.
The participants were split into five teams and set off through the city, free to roam with clear tasks and the goal of collecting as many points as possible. The challenges ranged from tricky puzzles to creative team tasks that demanded cooperation, creativity and local knowledge. The app displayed the scores in real time, fueling the friendly competition between the teams.
I remained reachable by phone throughout the tour in case technical questions or uncertainties arose. The teams explored beautiful spots and famous Venice landmarks — past St. Mark's Basilica, across the Rialto Bridge and with views of Santa Maria della Salute — experiencing team building in Venice in a lively, interactive way.
After three hours all groups returned to the starting point for the awards ceremony. The excitement was high: the winning team Shade on you claimed first place with 300 points and received well-deserved medals. Close behind were Terrace Squad and Vino Tinto with 285 points each — tight results and much applause for everyone involved.
The weather cooperated, the atmosphere was cheerful, and the combination of history, technology and team spirit produced many aha moments. Such iPad Tours combine sightseeing with genuine togetherness and make a team building experience in Venice unforgettable. It was a pleasure to accompany this team building event and to see colleagues draw closer together — with fun, commitment and a healthy dose of curiosity.
