Team Building Event Daimler Buses GmbH

On June 3, 2025 at 4:30 PM I had the pleasure of guiding a special Murder Mystery Geocaching with 11 colleagues from Daimler Buses GmbH at Schlossplatz in Stuttgart. The meeting point was central, the atmosphere eager and the weather perfect — ideal conditions for an active team building event.

After a short introduction the participants were split into three teams. Equipped with tablets and our dedicated app the teams set off independently to hunt for clues, crack puzzles and complete group challenges. City exploration met clever problem solving as well known spots like the Staatsgalerie Stuttgart, the Old Castle and the Collegiate Church became stages for small mysterious cases, perfect for a genuine team building experience in Stuttgart.

During the tour the teams competed in friendly rivalry to collect as many points as possible. Points were awarded both for correctly solved tasks and for creative collaboration within the group. I was reachable by phone throughout the game to assist with technical questions or minor uncertainties, while the actual investigative work remained thrillingly in the teams hands.

After two and a half hours the group met again at Schlossplatz for a joint debrief and awards ceremony. There was great joy when the winning team Die Hunters was declared with 315 points. Congratulations. In second place was Andy Girls with 195 points. Moments like these — laughing together, being active and celebrating successes — make our Murder Mystery Geocaching an effective component of a team building experience in Stuttgart.

The event demonstrated once more that a team building experience in Stuttgart can be exciting, active and long lasting. The combination of technology, a gripping storyline and discovering the city turns an ordinary company outing into an experience that resonates long after. I look forward to future assignments and to guiding even more teams through the streets of Stuttgart.
