Team Building Event ALH Gruppe
Our Geocaching event combines adventure, puzzle fun and shared experiences into a perfect team experience.
On 26 May 2025 at 2:00 PM I had the pleasure of welcoming the 17 participants of the ALH group at Alte-Leipziger-Platz as the CityHunters team guide and getting the day started. After a brief briefing and dividing into three teams, each group received tablets with the CityHunters app and the key information for the upcoming tour. That is how our Geocaching in Oberursel (Taunus) began, with clear goals and plenty of anticipation.
During the following three hours the teams were on their own, competing in friendly rivalry for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and for exciting team challenges — creativity, communication and problem solving were required. I remained available by phone throughout the tour in case any group needed assistance.
The route took the groups to many charming corners of Oberursel (Taunus): besides the historic Alte Post, participants discovered impressive buildings like St. Ursula and learned interesting facts at the Vortaunus Museum. These stops make our team building experience in Oberursel (Taunus) especially vivid, as they combine culture, the cityscape and shared tasks into a memorable whole.
The weather was on our side — pleasant and ideal for an active city tour. The relaxed conditions added to the good mood, and there was plenty of laughter, conversation and mutual support everywhere. It is exactly this atmosphere that makes the team building experience in Oberursel (Taunus) so valuable: discovering, planning and celebrating successes together.
After exactly three hours all teams returned to Alte-Leipziger-Platz for the awards ceremony. In the joint debrief it became clear how much the activity had strengthened team spirit. As a guide it was a pleasure to see how the group had bonded and tackled the tasks with energy and enthusiasm.
