Team Building Event Praxis Dr. med Brinkmann, Dr. med Kirchner
Hanover showed its best side and invited discovery — the perfect setting for our Murder Mystery Geocaching and a genuine team building experience.
As the team guide, I welcomed the 14 participants from the medical practice of Dr. Brinkmann and Dr. Kirchner at Opernplatz on May 23, 2025 at 1:00 PM. After a short introduction we formed two teams, handed out tablets and explained the rules. Our concept combines playful murder mystery elements with city exploration: experience Hanover in a completely new way and let excitement and team spirit carry you along — you could feel that energy today.
The teams then set off and explored Hanover on their own. The app on the tablets led them to different crime scenes and presented tricky puzzles as well as team tasks. Whether at the New Town Hall, the Market Church or along the Leine by the Leine Palace — familiar sights became the stages for exciting investigations. It was not just about getting the right answers, but above all about communication, creativity and collaboration.
Over the roughly three hours of playtime the groups competed for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and tasks completed together — a team building experience in Hanover that’s fun and brings people together. I stayed reachable by phone in case any questions or technical issues came up and enjoyed the motivated atmosphere in both teams.
The weather cooperated, spirits were high, and after exactly three hours we met again at Opernplatz for the awards ceremony. First place went to team Ghostbusters with 300 points, closely followed by Task Force 1 with 255 points — a truly exciting head-to-head finish.
Events like this show how effective a team building experience in Hanover can be: city discovery, puzzle fun and a shared sense of achievement all in one. I’m already looking forward to the next time we follow clues, decode hints and see Hanover from a new perspective.
