Team Building Event Kath. Kindergarten St.Marien
The perfect weather accompanied us that day and set a great mood from the start.
On May 19, 2025 at 12:00, 17 cheerful participants from Kath. Kindergarten St. Marien met me at Karmeliterplatz, where I welcomed them as a CityHunters team guide. After a brief introduction we set off: the group was split into three teams and headed out on our Geocaching tour across Mainz.
During the tour the teams discovered Mainz in a playful way, passing the impressive Mainz Cathedral, the Electoral Palace and the historic Drususstein. Each stop offered new puzzles and team tasks that called for brains, creativity and team spirit. Points were awarded for correctly solving the challenges and mastering them together. I was available by phone throughout in case questions or minor issues came up.
The atmosphere remained positive throughout: there was laughter, discussion and celebration together — exactly what a team building experience in Mainz makes so valuable. The teams worked with focus, helped one another and gained cohesion through the shared experience. Geocaching is a wonderful way to combine a team building experience in Mainz with fun, exercise and a spirit of discovery.
After three hours we met again at Karmeliterplatz for the award ceremony. The winning team Mainzel Girls took first place with 210 points and beamed as the medals were presented. Second place went to Mainzel 5 with 180 points, and third place to Wilde Hühner with 150 points. The teams in first through third enjoyed well-deserved medals.
As a team guide I had a great time accompanying this lively group. A team building experience in Mainz thrives on moments like these: solving puzzles together, amazed looks at familiar places and the feeling of having achieved something as a team.
