Team Building Event Höhn GmbH
Our Murder Mystery Geocaching combines city exploration with detective fun and playfully strengthens team spirit.
As a team guide for CityHunters I had the pleasure of welcoming the colleagues from Höhn GmbH in Bamberg on May 17, 2025 at 2:30 PM. The meeting point was the tourist information office, and from there 36 participants in six teams set off on an exciting competition through the city center.
After a short briefing and the distribution of tablets we were off. The app guided the teams to various crime scenes where tricky puzzles and collaborative tasks awaited. The participants collected clues, analyzed evidence and solved challenges to score points, all as part of an effective team building experience in Bamberg.
During the tour the groups were on their own and engaged in friendly rivalry for the best results. I was available by phone the whole time and ready to answer any questions. The goal was clear: work together, think cleverly and bring home as many points as possible.
The route led the teams past well known sights — from the impressive Bamberg Cathedral to the picturesque Old Town Hall and up to the lookout at the Michelsberg Benedictine Monastery. These locations became the scenes of small investigations and provided many aha moments and photo opportunities.
After 2.5 hours everyone met back at the tourist information office for the awards ceremony. The weather played perfectly and added to the lively atmosphere. First place went to the team City Hunters with 300 points, followed by Hase with 285 points and Jussaa with 270 points.
Activities like this are exactly what a team building experience in Bamberg is about: shared moments, communication challenges and plenty of fun. The mix of puzzle solving, competition and city exploration strengthens collaboration and lets colleagues discover new sides of each other.
