Team Building Event Yogaraum Ravensburg GbR
Constance delights with its blend of historic charm and lively waterfront atmosphere, making it the perfect backdrop for an active team building event.
On May 17, 2025 at 12:30 p.m. I had the pleasure of welcoming the Yogaraum Ravensburg GbR team to Hafenstraße as a CityHunters team guide. Eleven participants gathered at the starting point and we split into two teams. After a brief introduction and handing out the tablets with our CityHunters app, we were off: a playful, experience-driven team building experience in Constance.
The route led the teams through some of the city's most beautiful corners. Between the impressive Constance Cathedral, the famous Imperia and the Rhine Bridge, memorable moments full of discovery unfolded. Along the way there were small challenges, surprise tasks and puzzles that matched the mood of the city. Sightseeing was seamlessly combined with teamwork and friendly competition.
Both teams were on their own during the tour and faced off in a friendly contest. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and completing group tasks — creativity, communication and sharp observation paid off. I was reachable by phone in case any questions or technical issues came up, and I enjoyed the many enthusiastic updates we received along the way.
The weather cooperated, the sun lifted everyone's spirits and made the experience even more enjoyable. The team building experience in Constance showed its best side that day: puzzling together, laughing and finding solutions visibly strengthened the team bond.
After exactly three hours everyone reconvened on Hafenstraße for the awards ceremony. At the closing we celebrated the top performances, exchanged stories and felt the positive effects of the event. The winners were delighted with a small trophy, but the fun and shared experience were what mattered most.
As a guide it was impressive once again to see how a Geocaching event can bring a team closer. The team building experience in Constance works brilliantly here: exciting, engaging and lasting.
