Team Building Event Eiffage Infra-Bau SE
Heiligenhaus presents a charming mix of a historic town center and green spaces – the ideal setting for our exciting murder mystery event. On May 15, 2025 at 2:15 PM I had the pleasure of welcoming colleagues from Eiffage Infra-Bau SE as their CityHunters team guide; they had gathered at the Fletcher Waldhotel on Parkstraße in Heiligenhaus.
Eleven participants were divided by me into three teams, and after a brief introduction to the iPads and the CityHunters app everyone set off full of anticipation. The digital map and location indicator on the tablets kept everyone on course – the route led past local highlights like the Waggonbrücke Heiligenhaus, the historic town center and the lively market area, while the teams worked on tricky cases.
During the roughly 1.5-hour tour the groups were on their own and competed in a friendly contest for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and for creative team challenges – genuine team building experience in Heiligenhaus that called for both heads and cooperation. I remained reachable by phone in case of technical questions or small uncertainties.
The mood was fantastic: focused while puzzling, loud while voting and warm in the conversations along the way. The weather cooperated, so the fresh air and the pleasant views of the town added to the good spirits. Moments like these show how effective a team building experience in Heiligenhaus can be.
After 90 minutes all teams met again at the Fletcher Waldhotel on Parkstraße for the joint awards ceremony. I was delighted to announce the winning team Gewinner with 135 points; second place went to Gruppe A with 120 points, followed by Buntspecht with 60 points.
It was an all-around successful afternoon: exciting, connecting and full of laughter.
