Team Building Event Führungsakademie Private Gesellschaft
Perfect weather, great atmosphere and a hungry curiosity about Aalen – that was how our iPad evening with the Führungsakademie Private Gesellschaft began on May 15, 2025 at 4:30 PM.
As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed 26 participants at the Design & Lifestyle Hotel Estilo Aalen on Gartenstraße. After a brief introduction to the iPads and the CityHunters app the groups were split into four teams and the race for the most points began.
Our iPad Tour playfully combined city exploration and a team building experience in Aalen: the teams navigated the city center on their own, solved puzzles, completed creative team challenges and collected points. Landmarks such as the Limes Museum Aalen, the Stadtkirche Aalen and the Kastell Aalen provided ideal backdrops for team spirit and good cheer.
I remained reachable by phone throughout the tour in case anyone needed help with technical questions or tricky tasks. The CityHunters app displayed live scores along the way, adding competitive spirit and extra motivation.
After about two and a half hours all teams returned to the starting point for the award ceremony. There was great excitement: the winning team Leiter secured first place with 380 points and received well-deserved medals. In second place was Kukki with 305 points, and third place went to Aalener with 270 points. A well-earned round of applause for all teams who shone with commitment and teamwork.
The iPad Tour was more than just a city walk – it was a true team building experience in Aalen: fun, strategy and getting to know one another amid historic and modern locations. It was especially lovely to see how quickly colleagues became playmates.
