Team Building Event Süd Beteiligungen GmbH

As a CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure on May 7, 2025 at 3:00 PM of leading a Geocaching event for 14 employees from Süd Beteiligungen GmbH — both start and finish were at Schlossplatz. After a short introduction and with the help of the CityHunters app, the participants were split into three teams and set off eagerly. The afternoon's motto was Discover, Solve, and Grow Together — a true team building experience in Stuttgart.
The route took the groups across the city center, past highlights like the Staatsgalerie Stuttgart, the Old Castle and the Stiftskirche. At every stop there were engaging puzzles and creative team challenges that called for smart thinking and combining strengths. The teams were largely on their own, competing in good spirits for the highest score — I stayed reachable by phone in case anyone needed support.
The weather cooperated, the mood was excellent, and the mix of puzzle fun and city exploration produced plenty of laughs and aha moments. These kinds of experiences are exactly what we mean by a team building experience in Stuttgart: working together in an inspiring setting, enjoying yourselves and discovering new sides of colleagues.
After exactly three hours everyone returned to Schlossplatz for the awards ceremony. The winning team DiGi took first place with 375 points, followed by team flinke Kangurus who also scored 375 points. Team Affen finished third with 360 points. The top three teams received medals — a nice finish to an intense afternoon.
Geocaching in Stuttgart combines sightseeing with teamwork and provides an ideal setting for companies looking to boost enthusiasm and cohesion. For me it was once again a rewarding day: full of energy, team spirit and memorable impressions around Schlossplatz, the Staatsgalerie and the historic old town — a team building experience in Stuttgart that lasts long after the event.
