Team Building Event Allianz SE
As a CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure of leading a lively iPad Tour on May 5, 2025 for 56 colleagues from Allianz SE. The meeting point was Allianz on Seestraße in Berg, very close to Starnberg — a perfect starting point for our team building experience in Starnberg. After a brief introduction to the app and the iPads, participants were split into nine teams and the adventure began right on time at 3:00 PM.
The group set off to explore Starnberg in a whole new way: solving puzzles, tackling team challenges and discovering sights. Whether at Starnberg Castle, the Museum Starnberger See or the Historic Kaufhaus, tricky tasks awaited everywhere that required skill, communication and imagination. The teams were largely on their own, competing in a friendly contest for the most points. I remained reachable by phone throughout the tour in case any technical or organizational questions arose.
Although the weather wasn't exactly sunny, it added to the atmosphere: fresh air, misty streets and a shared drive to support one another — exactly the impulses that make a successful team building experience in Starnberg. You could feel how the challenges brought colleagues closer and sparked creative solutions.
After three exciting hours, all teams returned to Allianz on Seestraße for the award ceremony. To great cheers we crowned the winning team: High Five took first place with 360 points. In second place was Rainproof Rebels with 315 points, closely followed by InTeam 3, also with 315 points. The scores showed how close and fair the competition was — pure motivation!
This iPad Tour was once again the perfect format for a team building experience in Starnberg: modern, interactive and great at creating lasting bonds. Anyone who wants to wind down the day will find plenty of options in Starnberg to enjoy local specialties. I am already looking forward to the next tour and more unforgettable team building events in Starnberg.
