Team Building Event Flughafen München GmbH
Our event concept combines navigation, puzzle fun, and team spirit into an exciting experience: Geocaching meets team building experience in Ohlstadt.
As the CityHunters team guide, I welcomed 34 colleagues from Flughafen München GmbH at the Rathausplatz in Ohlstadt on February 11, 2025 at 1:00 PM. After a short introduction and the distribution of tablets with our CityHunters app, the participants were divided into five teams. The mood was instantly upbeat and curious — perfect conditions for a successful team building experience in Ohlstadt.
Then it began: the teams set off to explore the town, solve puzzles, and tackle creative team challenges. During the tour the groups were on their own and competed fairly for every point. I remained reachable by phone for the full three hours in case any questions or minor issues arose.
The route led to lovely spots and sights around Ohlstadt. Places like the Kaulbach-Villa and St. Laurentius Church repeatedly provided ideal backdrops for tricky tasks and special photo challenges. Those stops not only added fun but above all strengthened togetherness — genuine team building experience in Ohlstadt.
After exactly three hours everyone met back at the Rathausplatz for the awards ceremony. The tension was palpable as the scores were read out: topping the leaderboard was the team Ohlstadt ICE Tigers with 420 points — congratulations! In second place were The expkorers with 405 points, closely followed by Peter Parking n Firends also with 405 points. The winning team received well-deserved medals and loud applause.
The weather matched the mood perfectly: ideal for an active afternoon outdoors. For me it was once again wonderful to see how solving puzzles together, laughing, and creative problem-solving bring people together. This form of team building experience in Ohlstadt creates lasting memories and strengthens cohesion — exactly what company outings are all about.
