Team Building Event Architekten Horneburg Florian Kissing
As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of leading a special Geocaching experience for Architekten Horneburg Florian Kissing on December 18, 2024 at 16:00, right in the heart of Stade. The meeting point and later the finish was Cosmae Kirchhof, from where we set off into the winter atmosphere of the old town.
Our eight participants were split into two teams and, after a short introduction to the CityHunters app and the rules, sent on their way. The team building experience in Stade revealed itself immediately: challenging puzzles, creative team tasks and surprising locations led the groups to landmarks such as St. Cosmae et Damiani, the Schwedenspeicher Museum and the Lower Saxony State Archive, as well as to small hidden corners of the town that many had not yet discovered.
Throughout the tour the teams were on their own and competed in friendly rivalry for the highest score. Points were awarded for correctly solved riddles and successfully completed team challenges. I was reachable by phone for technical questions or clarifications, and it was great to see colleagues communicating with one another to find solutions.
The weather was demanding, but that only added to the special atmosphere: drizzle and fresh air kept everyone alert, shared breaks under awnings and an unexpected laugh brought the day to life. Moments like these strengthen team spirit — a different team building experience in Stade, but all the more intense.
After three hours everyone met again at Cosmae Kirchhof for the awards ceremony. The winning team Nix prevailed with 300 points, closely followed by team X with 255 points. The awards presentation was a cheerful finale where achievements were celebrated and anecdotes exchanged.
