Team Building Event Dell Technologies
As a CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure of leading an iPad Tour for 11 Dell Technologies participants in Bratislava on 11 December 2024 at 2:00 pm. The meeting point was at Dell Technologies on Fazuľová, where I warmly welcomed everyone and gave a short introduction to using the iPads and the CityHunters app. After the briefing, colleagues were split into two teams and the team building event began full of energy.
Discover Bratislava in a completely new way: our tour blends history, culture and modern technology into an exciting experience. The teams made their way through the city center, explored corners around Bratislava Castle and St. Martin's Cathedral, and completed tasks at Palais Grassalkovich. The combination of puzzles, observation challenges and creative team tasks demanded strategy, imagination and speed.
During the tour the teams were left to operate independently and competed in a friendly race for the highest score. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and joint team tasks that required both brains and collaboration. The CityHunters app displayed the scores in real time and provided extra motivation — this is how a team building experience in Bratislava is truly fun.
I was available by phone throughout the route in case any technical questions or organizational issues came up. The weather was fairly good: a few sunny stretches and fresh air accompanied the game, which kept spirits upbeat and lively.
After 3.00 hours all groups met back at Dell Technologies on Fazuľová for the joint awards ceremony. There was great excitement when the winning team was presented with medals — a fitting end to an intense team experience. Moments like these strengthen bonds and create lasting memories.
