Team Building Event NTS Deutschland GmbH
21 participants from NTS Deutschland GmbH met in the late afternoon for a joint Murder Mystery Geocaching event in Leipzig.
As the team guide, I welcomed the group at Thomaskirchhof and gave a brief overview of the schedule. After a short introduction the colleagues were split into four teams and equipped with tablets. The special app led them to the next cases and turned the Scavenger Hunt into a genuine experience. In this way our event blended technology and adventure and perfectly demonstrated how a team building experience in Leipzig can combine fun and efficiency.
The teams then set off and discovered Leipzig from an unusual perspective: from the immediate surroundings of St Thomas Church to striking sightlines at the Gewandhaus and historic corners around the University of Leipzig, familiar places became the stages for exciting investigations. Despite some rainy stretches the mood grew even more lively. A few umbrellas and wet paths did nothing to dampen the team spirit. On the contrary, the small challenges strengthened the sense of community and produced many laughs and shared moments.
Throughout the tour the teams operated independently and competed in a friendly battle for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and for mastering team tasks together. I was available by phone for the entire playing time to help with questions or offer hints, consciously staying in the background so the groups could test their strategic skills. This is how a team building experience in Leipzig becomes a true hands on exercise in collaboration and communication.
After the agreed three hours we reconvened at Thomaskirchhof for the final evaluation and awards ceremony. The winner Sieger der Herzen took first place with 270 points, followed by The fockebergs with 225 points and Grazer glühwürmer with 180 points. The joy over success and shared experiences was clearly palpable, and that is exactly what makes our Murder Mystery Geocaching so valuable for sustainable team building experience in Leipzig.
