Team Building Event Engagement Global gGmbH
As a team guide for CityHunters I had the pleasure of leading an exciting Murder Mystery Geocaching on November 7, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. with 16 participants from Engagement Global gGmbH. The meeting point was the entrance of the Schlosskirche, where I welcomed the group and gave a brief overview of the schedule. After a short briefing the participants were divided into three teams and received their tablets with the app – the central tool for our interactive adventure.
Then we set off: our investigators headed out and discovered Bonn from a fresh perspective. Along the route the teams passed well-known sights such as Bonn Minster, the Beethoven House and Poppelsdorf Palace. At each station they collected clues, solved puzzles and mastered team tasks together. Points were awarded for correct answers and for smart teamwork – every decision contributed to the overall success.
During the three hours the teams were largely on their own and could choose their strategies freely. I was available by phone in case questions or technical issues arose, but otherwise I remained an attentive observer of this friendly competition. The weather was decent – pleasantly cool with enough light to enjoy both the city atmosphere and the puzzles.
The mood was consistently positive: laughter, focused tinkering and mutual encouragement shaped the day. Experiences like this demonstrate how effective a team building experience in Bonn can be – fun and collaboration clearly take center stage. Our mix of digital technology and real city exploration makes the team building experience in Bonn particularly lively.
When the game time ended all teams met again at the entrance of the Schlosskirche for the award ceremony. In first place was team High5 with 285 points, followed by Mimas with 255 points. Third place went to Sherlocken with 195 points. Congratulations to all teams for their commitment and the great team performance.
I am already looking forward to the next Murder Mystery Geocaching and to more groups who want to enjoy a team building experience in Bonn.
