Team Building Event Artgerecht GmbH
Leipzig delights with its lively mix of history, culture and urban flair.
On November 5, 2024 at 3:30 PM I had the pleasure of joining an iPad Tour for the company Artgerecht GmbH as a CityHunters team guide. The meeting point was the HYPERION Hotel on the Sachsenseite, where I warmly welcomed the twelve participants and gave a brief introduction to using the iPads and our CityHunters app. After the introduction the guests were divided into three teams and the adventure began in the spirit of a team building experience in Leipzig.
The iPad Tour blends cutting edge technology with playful discovery: the iPads were the hub, displaying tasks in real time and connecting the groups via live chat. The teams were on their own to navigate the city center, solve puzzles and complete creative team tasks at various stations. Along the way the challenges led us past landmarks such as St Thomas Church, the University of Leipzig and the Gewandhaus a fantastic backdrop for a genuine team building experience in Leipzig.
During the tour the groups competed against each other in a friendly contest. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and successful team tasks. I was reachable by phone throughout the route in case anything needed attention or help. The weather cooperated which lifted the mood and resulted in lots of laughter and motivated determination.
After exactly two hours all teams met again at the HYPERION Hotel for the joint award ceremony. The ranking was as follows: the winners were team Art Budgets with 135 points in second place were the Milchmäuse with 125 points and third place went to Green Lip with 115 points. The winning team received well deserved medals a nice visible moment of success and togetherness.
The tour once again demonstrated how effective and entertaining a team building experience in Leipzig can be: it brings people together fosters communication and encourages joint strategies in an exciting urban setting. I am already looking forward to the next team building event in Leipzig and to inspiring even more colleagues with our iPad Tour.
