Team Building Event Gesellschaft für soziale Einrichtungen mbH
The weather was perfect when I welcomed the nine participants from Gesellschaft für soziale Einrichtungen mbH at the Kohlenmarkt in Regensburg on October 17, 2024 at 12:00 PM.
After a brief introduction we all turned into detectives: with a specially prepared app on a tablet the two teams set off for Murder Mystery Geocaching. The task cards led them past well-known landmarks like Regensburg Cathedral, the Stone Bridge and the Old Town Hall — sights that became exciting crime scenes for our event.
Splitting into two groups immediately created motivation and a sense of competition. On location there were tricky puzzles and hands-on team tasks that demanded communication and quick decisions. Points were earned by correctly solving the cases and by working skillfully together. During the tour the teams moved independently; I was reachable by phone at all times in case questions or technical problems arose.
The mix of modern technology, puzzle fun and city exploration makes our offering a special experience: technology meets adventure, and Regensburg reveals a whole new side. Murder Mystery Geocaching is ideal for strengthening cohesion and making team talents visible — a real team building experience in Regensburg where shared successes are celebrated.
After two hours everyone met again at the Kohlenmarkt for the award ceremony. The mood was exuberant, the sun lit the historic facades, and we announced the results: the winning team Schloss die Vier took first place with 155 points, followed by Team Sherlock with 110 points. Congratulations to both teams and many thanks for the outstanding effort.
Experiences like this show how much fun and added value a focused team building experience in Regensburg can bring. As a team guide I always enjoy seeing colleagues grow closer while solving puzzles together and rediscovering the city.
