Team Building Event Traton Group
Nuremberg enchants with history, a lively city center and unexpected corners – the perfect backdrop for shared experiences.
On October 14, 2024 at 5:15 PM I had the pleasure as a CityHunters team guide to kick off an iPad Tour for 17 employees of the Traton Group at Richard-Wagner-Platz. After a brief introduction to the CityHunters app and how to handle the iPads, we divided the group into three teams. With the iPad as the hub, we set off: modern technology meets city adventure, ideal for a creative team building experience in Nuremberg.
The teams were on their own and engaged in a fair competition for the highest score. At various stations they solved puzzles and completed team-oriented challenges; observation, communication and fun were all equally important. While I stayed available in the background, the groups used the time to rediscover Nuremberg – passing the imposing Nuremberg Castle, the historic Frauenkirche and the charming Albrecht Dürer House.
The CityHunters app showed the scoreboard in real time and kept the atmosphere dynamic with interactive tasks. It is precisely this blend of technology and urban exploration that makes our format so effective: team building experience in Nuremberg becomes a lively occasion that breaks down barriers and brings colleagues closer together.
After two hours all teams met again at Richard-Wagner-Platz for the awards ceremony. With the excellent weather you could really feel the good mood: congratulations were exchanged, anecdotes from the route were shared and the shared experience was celebrated. The winning team CCT One narrowly prevailed with 125 points. In second place were Fighters with 120 points, followed by TTF with 115 points. The winners received medals and well-deserved applause.
These tours demonstrate how much potential an interactive city event holds: fun, strategy and exchange in a city with character.
