Team Building Event dmp solutions GmbH
Our event concept blends games, puzzles and city exploration into a lively team building experience – exactly what the 36 participants from dmp solutions GmbH experienced at our Geocaching event in Bamberg on September 27, 2024 at 9:30 a.m.
As the team guide I welcomed the group at Hotel National on Luitpoldstraße, gave a brief introduction and explained the schedule. The participants were then split into six teams, handed tablets with the CityHunters app, and set off full of enthusiasm.
The teams explored the city independently, all competing to collect the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and joint team tasks – just the right ingredients for a relaxed, effective team building experience in Bamberg. I stayed reachable by phone in case anyone needed support along the way.
The route offered wonderful views of Bamberg Cathedral, intriguing spots around the Old Town Hall and scenic vantage points such as the Michelsberg Benedictine Monastery. Small debates, creative approaches to problems and lots of funny snapshots cropped up again and again – a hands-on team building experience in Bamberg.
The weather played along and the atmosphere was full of energy and joy. The mix of competition, tricky challenges and exploring historic sites made the tour a real highlight. The teams built trust and improved communication – exactly what a successful team building experience in Bamberg is all about.
After roughly two and a half hours everyone returned to Hotel National for the awards ceremony. Excitement, applause and plenty of laughter accompanied the announcement of the winning teams – a fitting finale to a dynamic morning.
It was wonderful to see how Geocaching in Bamberg brings people together: an active, experience-rich format that is fun and fosters team spirit. Many thanks to dmp solutions GmbH for their trust – I look forward to the next city expedition.
