Team Building Event Bausparkasse Schwäbisch Hall
As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of leading a special Geocaching event for 27 people from Bausparkasse Schwäbisch Hall on September 26, 2024 at 3:30 PM. The meeting point was Haalplatz, where I warmly welcomed the group, briefly explained the schedule and prepared the teams for the tour. The mood was immediately open and curious — perfect conditions for a real team building experience in Schwäbisch Hall.
The 27 participants were split into five teams and, after a short introduction to the app and the rules, set off. During the tour the teams were on their own, competing in good spirits for the highest score. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and for creative team challenges that let each group play to its strengths. I was reachable by phone the whole time and could assist with technical questions or uncertainties.
The route took us through the charming old town of Schwäbisch Hall and offered many lovely moments of discovery — past St. Michael, the striking backdrop of Kunsthalle Würth and the historic town hall. Especially in changeable weather it became clear how well shared activities bring people together: a little rain did nothing to dampen spirits; if anything the group drew closer and the enjoyment of exploring together grew. This experience is exactly what is meant by team building experience in Schwäbisch Hall.
After about three hours all teams met again at Haalplatz for the awards ceremony. There was a lot of excitement: the winning team was Rainhunter with 375 points, closely followed by Grisu also with 375 points. Third place went to Drei++ with 360 points. The awards ceremony was a cheerful finale where successes were celebrated and anecdotes were shared.
Geocaching in Schwäbisch Hall combines adventure, urban discovery and lasting camaraderie — ideal for companies that value strengthening their teams. I really enjoyed guiding this team building experience in Schwäbisch Hall and seeing colleagues get creative, laugh together and discover the city from new perspectives.
