Team Building Event TPA Gesellschaft für Qualitätssicherung und Innovation GmbH
Our event concept combines a high-tech Scavenger Hunt with a targeted team building experience in Prague – an iPad Tour that blends history, culture and playful challenges into an unforgettable experience.
As a CityHunters team guide I welcomed 34 participants from TPA Gesellschaft für Qualitätssicherung und Innovation GmbH at the meeting point Pražský poledník on 24 September 2024 at 6:00 PM. After a brief introduction to the iPads and the CityHunters app the groups were formed: six eager teams set off on the adventure.
The iPad Tour in Prague guides participants through the city centre in an interactive way. From there the teams discovered well-known sights such as Charles Bridge, St. Vitus Cathedral and the Old Town Square, solved puzzles and tackled creative team tasks. The CityHunters app displayed live standings and enabled a motivating live chat – the perfect setting for a successful team building experience in Prague.
During the roughly two-hour event the teams were on their own and competed in a friendly contest for the highest score. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles, cleverly completed tasks and good teamwork. I was available by phone throughout the tour to help with questions or technical issues.
The weather cooperated and the atmosphere was both upbeat and focused – just the right mix for an effective team building experience in Prague. When time was up all groups met back at Pražský poledník for the awards ceremony.
The winners' podium: TeamSuccess took first place with 115 points and received medals. Behind them Undefeatables came in second with 105 points and Team 6 claimed third with 100 points. Congratulations to all teams for their great effort and fair competition!
