Team Building Event Forvis Mazars GmbH & Co.KG

Our Geocaching event combines adventure, puzzle fun and a real team building experience in Mitte.

On September 18, 2024 at 2:00 PM I welcomed 19 participants from Forvis Mazars GmbH & Co.KG at the Red City Hall. After a brief introduction to the schedule and the app setup, we split the group into three teams and got the tablets and clues ready. The atmosphere was electric — excitement for discoveries, puzzles and collaborative problem-solving was in the air.

Then the teams set off on their own, competing for the highest score. Along the route through Mitte, the groups discovered corners and stories of the city that are easy to miss on an ordinary walk. Stops around the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag building and Museum Island provided the ideal setting to bring knowledge, creativity and team spirit together. Tasks ranged from tricky riddles to fun team challenges — points were awarded for correctly solved tasks and clever solutions.

As the team guide I remained reachable by phone throughout the tour in case any team needed assistance. After three hours everyone met back at the Red City Hall for the final review and awards ceremony. It was heartening to see how the shared experience brought the groups closer together — a genuine team building experience in Mitte that was enjoyable and lasting.

The standings: in first place was team ES Go with 360 points. Second place went to Sustainability C'cker, also with 360 points, and third place to Team Diana with 315 points. The applause was loud and faces were beaming — a fitting finale to an intense, joyful team building event.

The weather cooperated, the sun accompanied us and added to the lively mood. A team building experience in Mitte is hard to beat: playful, energizing and leaving lasting impressions of this vibrant district. I look forward to leading groups through Mitte again soon and inspiring new teams with the unique blend of adventure and cooperation.
