Team Building Event Hypergene GmbH
Our event concept blends adventure, puzzle fun and shared experiences — and that was exactly on the agenda on September 17, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. when I welcomed the Hypergene GmbH group in Berlin as their team guide.
At the meeting point Müggelpark, 36 colleagues gathered, curious and in high spirits. After a brief introduction to the game rules and the technology, each team received the key instructions for the CityHunters app and the schedule. We formed six teams from the participants, and they set off through the city.
The route took the teams to familiar and lesser-known corners of Berlin — from the charming Treptow-Köpenick Palace to the Treptow-Köpenick town hall and green spots like Volkspark Treptow-Köpenick and the Luisenhain. Creative tasks and tricky puzzles kept producing aha moments: sometimes clues had to be combined, sometimes close observation was required, and sometimes a team had to get creative to earn points. In this way everyone experienced first-hand how a team building experience in Berlin can work in a playful way.
During the three hours following the treasure trail the teams moved independently and competed for the highest score. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and for joint team tasks — real teamwork was required. I was reachable by phone throughout the tour in case of questions or minor mishaps and was able to assist at any time.
The weather was at its best, which lifted the mood even more: bright sunshine, good spirits and many great team moments. After exactly three hours everyone met back at Müggelpark for the awards ceremony. First through third place were crowned with medals, and there was big applause for particularly clever solutions and strong collaboration.
Activities like this are perfect examples of a team building experience in Berlin: you rediscover the city, laugh together and strengthen group bonds. As a team guide I am always delighted by how much energy and creativity these tours release.
