Team Building Event Borgmeier Garten- u. Landschaftsbau GmbH
The 24 participants from Borgmeier Garten- u. Landschaftsbau GmbH gathered in high spirits for our Geocaching event in Waischenfeld. As team guide I welcomed the group at the market square, gave a short introduction and sent the four teams off on their adventure.
After a concise briefing and handing out the tablets with the CityHunters app, the discovery tour began: a team building experience in Waischenfeld that was evident at every turn. The tasks led the teams to charming corners and well-known sights such as the Waischenfeld castle ruin, the Catholic parish church of St John the Baptist and the St Anna chapel. Everywhere there were little puzzles and team-oriented challenges that called for communication and creativity.
The teams moved independently during the tour and competed against each other in a friendly rivalry: points were awarded for correctly solving the puzzles and successfully completing the team tasks. I stayed reachable by phone throughout to assist with any questions or technical issues — safety and support are important to us so the fun isn’t interrupted.
The weather was on our side and added to a relaxed, positive atmosphere. The combination of fresh air, engaging tasks and the historic setting made the experience especially enjoyable. Time and again you could hear laughter, encouragement and collaborative problem-solving — exactly what a team building experience in Waischenfeld is all about.
After three hours we met back at the market square for the award ceremony. In a brief review the cleverest solutions and strongest team performances were highlighted before the winning teams were celebrated. The expressions on people’s faces showed it wasn’t just about points but about shared memories.
