Team Building Event SEG AG
On September 13, 2024 at 2:00 PM I welcomed the 17 participants from SEG AG at Syndikatplatz as a CityHunters team guide – the perfect starting point for our team building experience in Münster. After a short greeting and an introduction to the schedule and the CityHunters app, each team received a tablet and we made the final preparations for the tour through the city.
Split into three teams, the groups set off independently and explored Münster in an interactive way. The stops took them past well-known sights such as the Prinzipalmarkt, the St.-Paulus-Dom and the Fürstbischöfliche Schloss Münster. Using the app they followed coordinates, solved puzzles and tackled creative team tasks, always aiming to collect as many points as possible.
For us, a team building experience in Münster means thinking together, acting together and above all having fun together. During the tour I was available by phone so I could quickly help with questions or technical issues. The teams stayed focused, laughed a lot and used their different strengths to crack the challenges.
After about three hours all teams returned to Syndikatplatz, where the tension was released in eager anticipation of the award ceremony. The winning team was surprisingly team Wer with 0 points, a moment that brought a lot of amusement. First through third place were honored with medals, a lovely finale to a day full of competitive spirit and team moments.
The weather cooperated, the mood was upbeat and the experience clearly showed how well a team building experience in Münster can combine playful competition with shared discovery. The mix of puzzles, navigation and sightseeing made the event a special company outing.
As a guide I am always glad when participants not only rediscover the city through Geocaching in Münster but also grow closer together. A team building experience in Münster becomes a lasting memory that resonates long after the event.
For SEG AG and everyone involved it was a day full of energy, discoveries and shared successes.
