Team Building Event Kanzlei SONNTAG
Augsburg once again proved to be the perfect setting for shared adventures: historic squares, charming lanes and little stories around every corner.
On 10 September 2024 at 3:30 PM I had the pleasure of welcoming the 18 participants from the law firm SONNTAG at Elias-Holl-Platz as the CityHunters team guide. After a brief introduction and an outline of the schedule, colleagues were divided into four teams. As with our events, each team received a tablet with the CityHunters app to start the Scavenger Hunt. I explained the main functions and remained reachable by phone during the tour for quick questions or technical support.
The route led across the city center and offered plenty of opportunities for genuine team building experience in Augsburg: tricky puzzles had to be solved, creative team tasks completed and hidden clues discovered. The teams explored well-known sights such as the Fuggerei, Augsburg Town Hall and the Cathedral of Our Lady, while also uncovering tucked-away corners and anecdotes you notice on foot more quickly than on a regular city tour. The weather was decent and the mild late-summer conditions helped create a relaxed, motivated atmosphere.
Each team was on its own, competing for the highest score – there was lots of laughter, joint brainstorming over solutions and the strengths of individual members came to the fore. That is exactly what a team building experience in Augsburg is about: solving tasks together, celebrating successes and strengthening relationships away from the everyday office routine.
After 2.5 hours we met again at Elias-Holl-Platz for the award ceremony. The tension was high: the winning team Sonntag & Party claimed first place with a strong 300 points. In second and third places were Sonnenhunterinnen with 260 points and Team Lost also with 260 points – a tight, neck-and-neck finish.
Events like this show that a team building experience in Augsburg is not only fun but also brings people together, leaving lasting memories of a lively shared city exploration. I am already looking forward to the next adventure with more teams in this beautiful city.
