Team Building Event Landratsamt Neckar-Odenwald-Kreis
The 44 participants from the Neckar-Odenwald District Office gathered promptly at the marketplace, ready for an activity-filled morning of team spirit and discoveries.
As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed the group and kicked off the iPad Tour in Mosbach. After a brief introduction to the iPads and our CityHunters app, colleagues were divided into seven teams and briefed on the rules. The app was the focal point: puzzles, interactive tasks and a live scoreboard kept the tension high — a genuine team building experience in Mosbach that brings people together while having fun.
The teams made their way through Mosbach’s historic town center, exploring spots such as the Stiftskirche St. Juliana, the Palmsche House and the town hall, solving challenges that required observation, creativity and cooperation. During the tour the groups operated independently and competed in good spirits for the highest score. I remained available by phone the entire time so any technical questions or uncertainties could be resolved quickly.
The weather was pleasant and perfect for exploring the town. Many participants enjoyed not only the tasks but also Mosbach’s special atmosphere: historic facades, narrow lanes and surprising viewpoints turned the iPad Tour in Mosbach into a varied and memorable experience.
After three hours everyone met back at the marketplace for the award ceremony. The head-to-head race was particularly exciting: the winning team Team 3 finished first with 200 points, closely followed by Team2, which also scored 200 points. The winning team received medals and much applause — a fitting end to a day full of team achievements.
For me it was once again impressive to see how much such events bring people together. A team building experience in Mosbach here means not only challenge but above all shared moments and the joy of working together.
