Team Building Event R. WEISS Packaging GmbH & Co. KG
On September 4, 2024 at 9:00 AM I had the pleasure of guiding a special event as a CityHunters team guide: 22 colleagues from R. WEISS Packaging GmbH & Co. KG met at the meeting point Im Haal in Schwäbisch Hall for an exciting Geocaching adventure. After a short welcome and introduction, including handing out the tablets and explaining the app, participants were divided into four teams and could hardly wait to set off.
The tour took us across the historic old town of Schwäbisch Hall, past impressive sites such as St. Michael, the Kunsthalle Würth and the Hällisch-Fränkisches Museum. That combination of culture, puzzle fun and shared discovery is exactly what makes team building experience in Schwäbisch Hall so special. Our groups were on their own during the two-hour tour and competed in a friendly contest for the most points.
The challenges ranged from tricky puzzles to creative team tasks, and the scoring rewarded clever solutions and strong collaboration. I was reachable by phone throughout the tour in case a team needed support, but most challenges were solved with plenty of energy and initiative. The weather cooperated perfectly, which lifted everyone's spirits even more.
After exactly two hours everyone met back at the starting point Im Haal for the award ceremony. Joy was high when the results were announced: winners were the Schlümpfe with 270 points. In second place came In Gedenken an Didi with 240 points, followed by Azubis ohne Zukunft with 210 points. Congratulations to all the winners and a big well done to every team for the great cooperation and the fun everyone shared.
Geocaching in Schwäbisch Hall offers a wonderful mix of discovery, competition and shared success. Whether gazing at the town hall or exploring narrow lanes, team building experience in Schwäbisch Hall creates memories and strengthens team cohesion. I am already looking forward to the next event and to inspiring more groups for team building experience in Schwäbisch Hall.
