Team Building Event Fujitsu

The weather was perfect, sunny and inviting — just the right mood for an exciting Geocaching adventure.

As the CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure of welcoming 14 colleagues from Fujitsu to Old Town on September 3, 2024 at 5:00 PM. Our meeting point was Max-Joseph-Platz, where I greeted the group, briefly explained the plan and formed three teams. After a short briefing the participants set off on their shared experience: a genuine team building experience in Old Town that combined fun, puzzles and discovery.

The route led the teams through the lively Old Town city center, with views of the Frauenkirche, the Neues Rathaus and other sights, always with a focus on teamwork and creativity. Our Geocaching-based challenges rewarded clever solutions and smooth collaboration: points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and completed team tasks. During the tour the groups were on their own and competing in good spirits, while I remained available by phone in case anyone needed help.

Team building experience in Old Town showed itself at its best: solving puzzles together at historic spots, getting to know the city from a new perspective and actively involving every team member. Our digital support and the clues along the route kept testing and strengthening teamwork throughout.

After two intense hours everyone met back at Max-Joseph-Platz for the awards ceremony. The winning team Neutral scored 195 points and received medals. In second place came Bierteam with also 195 points, and third place went to Summer Hunters with 150 points. The atmosphere at the prize giving was lively and joyful — a perfect finish to a great evening.

Events like this show how effective a team building experience in Old Town can be: a mix of discovery, fun and collaboration that lingers long after the day is over.

I am already looking forward to the next time we get to explore new corners of the city together and create more team building experiences.
