Team Building Event puravida personalmarketing + event GmbH
The 28 participants from puravida personalmarketing + event GmbH set off brimming with anticipation and team spirit for our Geocaching adventure in Mitte.
As team guide, I met the group punctually at the agreed meeting point on Oranienburger Straße on September 3, 2024 at 3:00 PM. After a short introduction to the tour and the app, colleagues were divided into five teams. We briefly went over the schedule and safety, then we were off — Experience Mitte in a whole new way! With tablets in hand, the teams explored the city from a fresh perspective and enjoyed a team building experience in Mitte.
The route led to both well-known and hidden spots — we passed areas near landmarks such as the Brandenburg Gate, Museum Island and the Berliner Dom. At each station, puzzles and team challenges awaited that required clever thinking, clear communication and creativity. Points were awarded for correctly solved tasks and successful team actions; the teams were mostly on their own and competed against each other in friendly rivalry. As guide I remained reachable by phone throughout the tour in case anyone needed support.
The weather cooperated, the mood was great and the mix of discovery, focus and fun produced many aha moments. Geocaching in Mitte combines city exploration with an active team building experience — the perfect setting for shared moments that linger long after the event. A team building experience works especially well here: the city invites participants, with its diversity, to find solutions together and celebrate successes.
After three hours all teams regrouped at our starting point for the awards ceremony. The winning team was Hunting Heroes with 0 points. The final presentation brought more laughter, applause and satisfied faces. Whether a company outing or a department team building event, this form of team building experience is flexible and offers many positive takeaways.
I am already looking forward to the next time we explore the city together and make Geocaching in Mitte an unforgettable team building experience.
