Team Building Event Lohmann GmbH & Co. KG
Perfect summer weather accompanied our tour and turned the afternoon into a real highlight for everyone involved.
On August 20, 2024 at 3:00 PM I met with 12 colleagues from Lohmann GmbH & Co. KG on St.-Pius-Straße to kick off an exciting Geocaching event. After a short welcome and briefing the participants were divided into two teams and off we went: a hands-on team building experience in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler.
Equipped with maps and tasks the teams wandered the charming lanes of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler discovering both well-known sights and hidden corners of the town. Stops like St. Laurentius Church parts of Ahrweiler's old city fortifications and the Lindenmühle provided plenty of aha moments and great photo opportunities. Facing tricky puzzles and creative team tasks the groups collected points — real teamwork was required. During the tour we were available by phone as team guides in case of questions or technical problems.
The mood stayed cheerful and focused throughout: healthy competition and shared fun went hand in hand. The team building experience in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler showed its best side as the challenges encouraged communication creativity and togetherness. The teams worked independently cracked codes combined clues and helped each other to keep moving forward.
After exactly three hours we met again on St.-Pius-Straße for the awards ceremony. The winning team Chasors took first place — with 0 points on the board which made everyone smile and highlighted the special spirit of the event. All participants received personalized certificates as a memento and the winning team received medals as well. A thoroughly successful finale.
The team building experience in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler is always a special experience: discovering the city solving puzzles and celebrating successes together. I am already looking forward to the next Geocaching event in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler and to more teams eager for active togetherness.
