Team Building Event Ensinger GmbH
As a CityHunters team guide, on July 29, 2024 I had the pleasure of leading a Geocaching event for 11 colleagues from Ensinger GmbH in Stuttgart. We met at the Kunstgebäude on the Schlossplatz at 3:30 PM and briefly went over how the tour would run. After a friendly welcome and a concise introduction the groups set off — the perfect mix of adventure and organization that makes a team building experience in Stuttgart so special.
Equipped with the necessary information and our digital support, the teams made their way through the city. The route took them past well-known sights such as the Staatsgalerie Stuttgart, the Old Castle and the lively Schlossplatz. Along the way the groups were on their own and competed in a friendly contest for the most points: points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and for joint team tasks that required cooperation and creativity.
During the three hours I was available by phone as a guide in case questions came up or technical help was needed. That provided reassurance while still giving the teams plenty of freedom to develop their own strategies and prove themselves as a group. The result: many moments full of laughter, surprising discoveries and shared accomplishments — exactly the effects one expects from a team building experience in Stuttgart.
The weather cooperated perfectly: sunny and inviting, so participants could enjoy the course and the city in high spirits. After exactly three hours everyone met back at the Kunstgebäude on the Schlossplatz for the award ceremony. There was excitement in the air and then the cheer as the winning team named lost in Stuttgart secured victory with 255 points. A well-deserved round of applause for a strong team performance.
Events like this show how well city exploration, puzzle fun and team strengthening can be combined.
