Team Building Event Robert Bosch GmbH

Sixty-three colleagues from Robert Bosch GmbH met on 15 July 2024 at 3:30 PM, excited for a shared adventure in Stuttgart.

As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed the group at the Kunstgebäude on Schlossplatz and briefly explained the plan: an introduction, distribution of tablets with the CityHunters app, and division into ten teams. Once underway, the teams set off on their own discovery journeys through the city center, in the spirit of a team building experience in Stuttgart.

The route led past well-known and charming spots in Stuttgart: the Staatsgalerie, the Old Castle and the Collegiate Church, and across the lively Schlossplatz area. Tablets provided coordinate-based clues, puzzles to solve and creative team challenges to complete. This playful way of exploring the city produced many shared moments of success, exactly what a good team building experience in Stuttgart aims to achieve.

For around two and a half hours the teams moved independently and competed to score the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and successful team tasks. I remained reachable by phone throughout the tour to help with questions or small obstacles, offering support without disrupting the flow of the game.

The weather cooperated and the sun kept the mood high. After 2.5 hours all teams returned to the Kunstgebäude on Schlossplatz for the award ceremony. The winning team was City Flitzer with 285 points. In second place came The pink unicorns with 285 points as well, closely followed by Take 2 with 270 points.

Events like this combine fun, competition and real added value for collaboration. Whether solving a code in front of the Staatsgalerie or puzzling together at the Old Castle, the mix of a discovery tour and team challenges makes Geocaching an ideal format for a team building experience in Stuttgart.

I am already looking forward to the next time we explore the city together, discover new corners and bring teams together through a lively, engaging program.
