Team Building Event Lauer & Weiss GmbH
With our Murder Mystery Geocaching, thrilling investigations meet modern technology and urban exploration, a concept that truly flourishes as a team building experience in Stuttgart.
As the team guide I welcomed the participants from Lauer & Weiss GmbH at the Kunstgebäude on Schlossplatz on July 16, 2024 at 1:30 PM. Fifteen motivated colleagues were divided into three teams and, after a short introduction, equipped with tablets and a special app that guided them through the city to the individual cases and stations. The mix of puzzles, clue hunting and team tasks immediately left everyone wanting more – exactly what makes a good team building experience in Stuttgart.
The tour casually led teams past well-known spots like the Staatsgalerie, the Old Castle and the Stiftskirche. Everywhere there were clues to find, traces to analyze and small tasks to solve. The groups worked independently and were in friendly competition for the most points. I remained reachable by phone throughout the game in case a team needed help – usually a brief encouraging nudge was enough to get everyone back on track.
The weather cooperated perfectly, and the atmosphere was both exuberant and focused. With Murder Mystery Geocaching the fun of play comes naturally because every contribution counts: whoever uncovers clues, connects the dots or tackles a team task with particular creativity scores valuable points. What emerges alongside the competitive spirit is above all unity and shared successes – ideal for lasting team building experience in Stuttgart.
After exactly three hours all teams returned to the Kunstgebäude on Schlossplatz, where we tallied the results and celebrated the awards ceremony. First place went to the team Die fünf Fragezeichen with 300 points, closely followed by Detektei Flymm & Co also with 300 points. Third place was Jimmp with 285 points. Applause and laughter showed that everyone won – not just those with the highest scores.
