Team Building Event MAN Truck & Bus
The weather was simply perfect for our iPad Tour through Kraków.
As a CityHunters team guide, I welcomed 19 participants from MAN Truck & Bus at the Market Square on 17.07.2024 at 3:30 PM. After a short introduction to the CityHunters app and the use of the iPads, colleagues were split into three teams and off we went: a team building experience in Kraków with a playful twist.
The teams set off directly from the Market Square and navigated the city centre on their own. The challenges emphasized teamwork, creativity and quick thinking: solving puzzles, completing small team tasks and discovering locations. Kraków showed its best side – passing St. Marys Church, Wawel Castle and the Cloth Hall, the groups collected points and experienced the citys highlights together. The team building experience in Kraków thus became a lively blend of culture, fun and modern technology.
During the tour I stayed reachable by phone as team guide in case any question or technical issue came up. The CityHunters app added extra excitement: live leaderboards and the chance to plan strategically made the competition especially motivating. Participants praised the mix of orientation, knowledge and playful challenges – ideal for a lasting team experience.
After 2.5 hours all groups met again at the Market Square for the awards ceremony. The competition was tight and the atmosphere fantastic. In first place was team The nice ones with 210 points. In second place came Mamboo with 200 points, closely followed by Team Young and sexy in third with 170 points. The top three teams received medals and big applause from everyone involved.
This event once again showed how effective a team building experience in Kraków can be: culture, challenge and shared laughter create connection. For me as a guide, afternoons like this are the reason I love my job – Kraków, its sights and motivated teams make every iPad Tour a special experience.
