Team Building Event Sia digital GmbH
Bayreuth showed off its best side — a city steeped in history with leafy squares that provided the perfect backdrop for our Murder Mystery Geocaching.
As the team guide, I welcomed 28 colleagues from Sia digital GmbH at Residenzplatz on July 10, 2024 at 4:30 PM. After a brief introduction the participants were split into four teams and given tablets; the app guided the groups through a series of cases, marked crime scenes and presented puzzles and tasks to solve. In this way city discovery and play merged into a lively team building event.
Our route led the teams past well-known sights such as the Margravial Opera House, Wahnfried House and the New Palace — places that suddenly became the scene of thrilling investigations. The mix of technology, tricky clues and hands-on team tasks made it clear why a team building experience in Bayreuth works so well: analyzing together, combining ideas and making decisions binds people together.
During the tour the teams moved independently and competed in a friendly race for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and successful team tasks. I remained reachable by phone throughout the game to help with questions or technical issues, keeping the game flow going and quickly ironing out minor obstacles.
After two and a half hours everyone met back at Residenzplatz for the awards ceremony. The atmosphere was euphoric when the results were announced: the winner of the evening was team Stadtkrokodile with 300 points, closely followed by Hüpfer also with 300 points, and in third place were the MarSIAner with 240 points. A fantastic finale to a shared experience.
This Murder Mystery Geocaching once again showed how much joy and energy a well-planned team building event in Bayreuth can unleash. Whether colleagues discover new sides to each other or puzzle their way across the town center together, a team building experience in Bayreuth connects, motivates and leaves lasting memories.
