Team Building Event Landratsamt Konstanz
The 30 participants from the District Office Constance gathered on the morning of July 9, 2024 at the District Office Constance on Benedictine Square, full of anticipation to set off on a special adventure.
As a team guide for CityHunters I welcomed the group, gave a brief introduction to the iPads and sent the five teams on their way. Our iPad Murder Mystery Tour combined exciting puzzle solving with discovery walks through the old town — an ideal setting for a team building experience in Constance. The participants competed in friendly rivalry for points earned by solving puzzles correctly and completing team challenges.
During the three hours the teams were on their own, using the digital map and the clues on the tablet to question suspects, piece together evidence and analyze crime scenes. I was available by phone throughout the tour in case of questions or technical issues. That kept the event relaxed and secure, while the thrill of the investigation provided plenty of motivation.
The route took the groups past some of the most beautiful spots: from the impressive Constance Minster past the striking Imperia to the Rhine Bridge. These sights make the team building experience in Constance special — work and pleasure blend seamlessly when historic locations become the stage for creative collaboration.
The weather cooperated, so the atmosphere and mood were excellent. After exactly three hours all teams met again at the District Office to review the results and celebrate the awards together. The joy over strong team performance was evident everywhere: first place went to Gewinnerteam with 200 points, followed by Quizzly Bären with 180 points and Auch namenlos grandios with 160 points.
I am glad that this iPad Murder Mystery Tour once again showed how much fun a team building experience in Constance can be: playful, outdoors and with real added value for collaboration and communication.
