Team Building Event Datapex GmbH
Perfect summer weather accompanied our Geocaching evening and set the mood from the very start.
As the CityHunters team guide, I met the 13 participants from Datapex GmbH at the Stiegl-Klosterhof on Landstraße, where we greeted one another and briefly explained the rules. After a short introduction, each team received a tablet with the CityHunters app, so everyone was well equipped for the tour in Linz. We split into two teams and the adventure began.
Over the next three hours the groups enjoyed a genuine team building experience in Linz: they worked on tricky puzzles, completed creative challenges and hunted for hidden clues at both well known and surprising spots around the city. The teams operated independently and competed against each other in a friendly way, earning points for correctly solved puzzles and successful team tasks. I remained reachable by phone throughout the tour in case any questions or minor issues arose.
The route led the groups through some beautiful corners of Linz and offered a chance to rediscover a few city highlights. Stops such as the Lentos Art Museum, Linz Castle and the Ars Electronica Center were explored in a playful manner, so culture, excitement and teamwork were wonderfully combined. That is exactly what makes our format an ideal setting for a team building experience in Linz: active experiences that bring people together while making the city come alive.
After exactly three hours everyone met again at the Stiegl-Klosterhof for the joint award ceremony. The evening ended to much applause: the winning team Officeuninstaller secured first place with 360 points, closely followed by Vogal with 345 points. The pleasure over the results and the time spent together was tangible for all.
For me as a guide it was a particularly lovely evening: perfect weather, motivated participants and a strong team spirit.
