Team Building Event New Work SE
As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of leading a special team building event on June 26, 2024 at 2:00 PM: 19 enthusiastic participants from New Work SE met in front of the entrance to St. Petri zu Lübeck for an exciting Geocaching experience. Right at the start there was a friendly introduction, brief instructions, and the division into three teams.
With tablets and the CityHunters app in hand, the teams set off on their adventure. Our Geocaching focused on solving puzzles, completing creative team tasks, and uncovering hidden clues in the old town. The blend of Scavenger Hunt and brainteasers was clearly enjoyed by everyone.
The route wound through the charming streets of Lübeck and passed well-known sights such as the Holstentor, St. Marys Church, and the St. Anne's Museum Quarter. This backdrop made the whole experience not only exciting but also a lovely way to actively enjoy a team building experience in Lübeck.
During the tour the teams were largely on their own and competed in friendly rivalry to score the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and for successfully completed team tasks. Of course I was available by phone as the team guide throughout the event in case any support was needed.
The weather was at its best, allowing the participants to fully enjoy the game. The mix of challenge, creativity, and shared moments of success visibly strengthened cohesion and brought many smiling faces.
After three hours everyone met again in front of the entrance to St. Petri zu Lübeck for the award ceremony. The tension was high, the joy even greater — especially for the team that had earned the most points. Moments like these are exactly what make a team building experience in Lübeck so special.
Geocaching in this historic city combines culture, adventure, and team spirit in the ideal way. I am pleased that we were able to offer New Work SE an engaging and unifying event — full of discoveries, collaboration, and good spirits.
