Team Building Event Deloitte
On June 25, 2024 at 6:00 pm perfect summer weather greeted us as I, a CityHunters team guide, welcomed 29 Deloitte participants in front of The Cloud One Hotel Prague on Hybernská. The mood was electric from the start: five motivated teams, curiosity and eager anticipation for a shared adventure through the Old Town.
After a brief introduction I explained the format and handed each team a tablet with the CityHunters app preinstalled. This launched our Geocaching format, which blends classic sights with tricky puzzles and creative team tasks. The team building experience in Prague immediately proved to be the ideal mix of fun, competition and shared discovery.
The teams were on their own during the tour and competed for points: correct answers, team challenges and finding hidden clues decided the standings. Along the routes we came across iconic spots such as Charles Bridge, the Prague Castle complex and Old Town Square — each providing little aha moments and plenty of opportunities for group photos. This team building experience in Prague turned into a lively adventure that both strengthened collaboration and offered a fresh perspective on the city.
During the two hours I was reachable by phone in case any technical questions or small organizational issues arose. The teams solved many tasks with creativity and team spirit; it was wonderful to see how different strengths came together and complemented one another. The mix of puzzles, movement and local knowledge produced a lot of laughter and a real competitive buzz.
After exactly two hours everyone met back at the starting point for the award ceremony. In sunny weather and high spirits the results were announced: the winner was team ÜNBS with 210 points, followed by Prag-One with 195 points and Champs with 180 points. Applause, photos and a small winners' celebration rounded off the evening.
