Team Building Event Buckow Event GmbH
The 50 participants from Buckow Event GmbH met us at the MAXX Hotel on the Allee nach Sanssouci and set off promptly at 5:00 PM for an exciting iPad Tour through Potsdam.
As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of sending nine teams off on their discovery journey. After a brief introduction to the CityHunters app and the iPads, we were off: a team building experience in Potsdam at its most interactive. The groups navigated the city center, solved puzzles, tackled team challenges and collected points, always in friendly competition with one another.
During the tour the teams were on their own and were able to show their strengths in strategy, communication and creativity. Points were awarded for correct answers and convincing team contributions. As team guide I was reachable by phone in case of technical questions or clarifications, ensuring the event ran smoothly and safely at all times.
The route led the teams past Potsdam highlights: from the Brandenburg Gate to the Museum Barberini and the historic Nauener Gate — an impressive backdrop for modern team challenges. The mix of history, culture and high-tech made the team building event a lively experience and showed how well a team building experience in Potsdam can combine fun and learning.
After two hours of intense city exploration all groups regrouped at the MAXX Hotel for the closing and awards ceremony. The atmosphere was buoyant, with conversations full of enthusiasm about clever solutions and the team spirit that emerged during the tasks.
The weather played its part and added to the positive atmosphere — ideal conditions for a successful team building experience in Potsdam. For me as team guide it was especially rewarding to see colleagues get to know each other anew, collaborate and enjoy themselves. Team building experience, discovery and camaraderie: that is exactly what we experienced that evening in Potsdam.
