Team Building Event dm drogeriemarkt
The weather was simply perfect – sunshine and a pleasant breeze accompanied our morning in Linz.
As a CityHunters team guide, I was very happy to welcome 29 motivated colleagues from dm drogeriemarkt at the main square on June 19, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. After a short introduction we formed five teams; I explained the procedure and how to use the CityHunters app on the tablets so everyone was well prepared to start the adventure. A team building experience in Linz really begins with the welcome.
The tour led the groups across the lively city center of Linz – past well-known spots like the Lentos Art Museum, Linz Castle and the Ars Electronica Center. The coordinates and clues in the app brought the teams to exciting corners and hidden places where puzzles and tasks were waiting. Each station demanded creativity, problem-solving and good team spirit – ideal for a genuine team building experience in Linz.
During the roughly three-hour tour the teams were largely on their own, competing in a friendly contest for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and jointly completed team tasks. I was available by phone the entire time to quickly assist with questions or technical issues.
After exactly three hours all teams met again at the main square for the joint award ceremony. The tension was high when the winning team was announced, and of course the winners received their medals as a visible sign of success and shared achievement. Moments like these not only boost team spirit but also stay with you for a long time.
Geocaching with CityHunters is a wonderful way to discover Linz while strengthening team cohesion. Whether solving tricky puzzles, breaking into spontaneous laughter at a station, or cheering one another on in the final minute, a team building experience in Linz is simply great fun.
