Team Building Event Norddeutsches Fortbildungsinstitut für zahnmedizinische Assistenzberufe GmbH
The 37 participants from the Norddeutsches Fortbildungsinstitut für zahnmedizinische Assistenzberufe GmbH met with me on June 14, 2024 at 9:15 AM at the back of the Main Church Sankt Petri, eager for a morning full of puzzles and team spirit.
After a brief welcome and introduction, I explained the schedule and handed each team a tablet with the preinstalled CityHunters app. That marked the start of our Geocaching adventure: a team building experience in Old Town that perfectly combines fun, curiosity and shared challenges. We split the group into six teams and sent them off on their tour through the city.
The teams set off and discovered Old Towns charming corners — from the Speicherstadt and the Elbphilharmonie to the impressive Chilehaus. At every station there were puzzles and team tasks that earned points. Whether it was tricky codes, creative challenges or careful observation, every solved task strengthened the team spirit. As the team guide I remained reachable by phone in case any questions or problems arose along the way.
The atmosphere was consistently positive: the weather cooperated, participants laughed, discussed solutions and supported one another. Activities like this show why a team building experience in Old Town is so valuable — you see the city in a new light, get to know colleagues differently and create shared memories.
After three hours all teams returned to the back of the Main Church Sankt Petri for the joint awards ceremony. The excitement was high: the winning team Gewinner secured first place with 285 points. Close behind, Sexy Ladies took second with 270 points, and Die Wilden claimed third with 225 points.
As a CityHunters team guide I am always delighted when a team building experience in Old Town comes together so lively and successfully. These Geocaching experiences combine sightseeing with playful challenges and strengthen cooperation in a lasting way.
