Team Building Event RE/MAX Donau-City-Immob.,Fetscher&PartnerGmbH&COKG
As a CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure on June 13, 2024 at 9:30 AM of accompanying a Geocaching event for 24 colleagues from RE/MAX Donau-City-Immob., Fetscher & Partner GmbH & Co KG in Tulln an der Donau. The meeting point was the main square, where I welcomed the group and gave a brief introduction to the schedule – a great starting point for a real team building experience in Tulln an der Donau.
After a short briefing, the participants received tablets with our CityHunters app and were split into five teams. Then off they went: using coordinates and exciting tasks, the teams explored the city’s hidden treasures and corners. The route passed well-known spots such as the Egon Schiele Museum, the Parish Church of St. Stephan and the Tulln Danube Bridge. Puzzles, small team tasks and creative challenges awaited at every stop, all offering points to be earned.
During the tour the teams were largely on their own and engaged in a friendly competition to score the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and successfully completing the team tasks. I was available by phone throughout in case of technical questions or quick clarifications – the support was close and uncomplicated.
The weather played along, and the atmosphere was both high-spirited and focused. Geocaching combines discovery, fun and collaboration in a special way – a genuine team building experience in Tulln an der Donau that strengthens communication and collective problem solving. The town showed itself at its best, offering a perfect backdrop of historic squares and the Danube landscape.
After roughly two and a half hours all teams reconvened at the main square for the award ceremony. The excitement was high, the laughter even higher, and in the end there was not only a winning team but above all the shared feeling of having experienced something together.
