Team Building Event Wiegel Feuchtwangen Feuerverzinken GmbH & Co KG
The sun was shining and the weather could not have been better – perfect conditions for an active afternoon in Augsburg.
As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed 14 participants from Wiegel Feuchtwangen Feuerverzinken GmbH & Co. KG at Elias-Holl-Platz on June 13, 2024 at 1:00 PM. After a brief introduction and handing out tablets with our CityHunters app, the guests were split into two teams and the rules were explained: points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and creative team tasks.
The exciting route took the teams across the old town, past historic highlights such as the Fuggerei, Augsburg Town Hall and the Cathedral of Our Lady. Our puzzles combined navigation, observation and tricky brainteasers so that everyone could make a contribution. Situations like these strengthen cohesion and make team building experience in Augsburg so effective.
During the roughly three-hour tour the teams were on their own and engaged in a sporty, friendly competition for the highest score. I was reachable by phone in case of technical questions or small uncertainties, but most of the time team spirit and communication were enough to solve the tasks.
After three hours everyone met back at Elias-Holl-Platz for the awards ceremony. The excitement was high: first place went to Die Gemütlichen with 255 points, followed by Rostenix 1 with 225 points and Teamguide (Ersatz) in third with 210 points. Applause, congratulations and lots of laughter rounded off the successful afternoon.
