Team Building Event multiGuide GmbH
On 13 June 2024 at 11:00 AM the 16 participants from multiGuide GmbH set off on a CityHunters Geocaching event in Gmund am Tegernsee, full of curiosity and excitement for a shared adventure.
I welcomed the group at the parking lot in front of Strandbad Seeglas, gave a brief overview of the plan and divided them into three teams. After a concise introduction to the CityHunters app and the task assignments, the teams received their tablets and headed out. This is how our team building experience in Gmund am Tegernsee begins: with clear objectives, digital clues and plenty of room for creative problem solving.
During the tour the teams were on their own and competed in a friendly race for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and for creative team tasks that tested observation and cooperation. The varied stations led them past well-known spots in town, offered small glimpses along the Schaftlach–Tegernsee railway line and through charming corners like Gut Kaltenbrunn. The changeable weather added a special atmosphere and strengthened the group spirit — together the participants laughed, worked out puzzles and supported one another, which made the team building experience in Gmund am Tegernsee even more intense. I remained available by phone throughout the tour in case questions or technical issues arose.
After roughly two and a half hours all teams returned to the starting point to review the results and enjoy the awards ceremony. The mood was exuberant: successes were celebrated, small mistakes were taken with good humor and many moments of wonder and joy were shared. The mix of competition, puzzles and shared discovery clearly showed how much such team building events promote team spirit.
