Team Building Event HDI AG
Hanover once again showed today how much excitement and discovery a city can hold.
As a team guide for CityHunters, on June 12, 2024 at 2:30 pm I welcomed 23 employees of HDI AG at Opernplatz. After a short introduction the participants were split into four teams and given tablets – the app led the groups to the respective crime scenes and presented the challenging cases. This blended real crime atmosphere with modern technology, turning the classic city experience into an interactive adventure.
Over the next three hours the teams were on their own: they searched for clues, solved puzzles and completed team tasks to collect points. Points were awarded for correctly solved tasks, creative solutions and quick cooperation. I was reachable by phone throughout and provided support whenever a lead ran cold. The pleasant weather helped boost ambition and good spirits.
The route took the teams past well-known spots such as the New Town Hall, the Market Church and the Leine Palace – wonderful settings for our game. Places like these make team building experience in Hanover especially memorable, because they transform familiar locations into new roles: landmarks become stages for mysterious cases and the city itself turns into a playground for cooperation and strategy.
Back at Opernplatz everyone gathered after exactly three hours for the awards ceremony. The tension was high, the results were close and the laughter loud: winners celebrated, losers learned a lot – and everyone took something valuable home: strengthened communication, new moments of getting to know one another and shared successes. That is what our concept stands for and why team building experience in Hanover is so effective.
It was a great pleasure to lead HDI AG through this Murder Mystery Geocaching. Experiences like this show how much working through puzzles together can bring people closer.
