Team Building Event PhysioPoint Hauger
Sixteen motivated colleagues from PhysioPoint Hauger met on the afternoon of June 8, 2024 for our Geocaching event in Ettenheim.
As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed the group at the meeting point on Sonnenberg in Ettenheim, gave a brief overview of the schedule and explained how the CityHunters app and the tablets would accompany the tour. After a short briefing the participants split into three teams, and then it was off: explore, solve puzzles and tackle tasks together.
During the roughly three-hour tour the teams were on their own and competed against each other in a friendly rivalry. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and for joint team tasks that required communication and creativity. I was available by phone the whole time in case any questions or minor technical issues came up.
The route took the groups to Ettenheim’s charming corners: the peaceful Prinzengarten, the impressive St. Bartholomew’s Church and Ettenheim Castle provided an ideal setting for exciting tasks and memorable team moments. These locations make a team building experience in Ettenheim particularly varied, with culture and play combining beautifully.
The weather was pleasant, creating good conditions for exploration and doing nothing to dampen team spirit. Many participants used the breaks to exchange impressions and encourage one another. Moments like these strengthen the sense of togetherness and show why a team building experience in Ettenheim is so well received.
After three hours all teams returned to the starting point on Sonnenberg for the joint awards ceremony. To everyone’s surprise and with great applause first place went to team 0815 with 0 points. To finish, each participant received a personalized certificate as a keepsake of the afternoon.
It was a thoroughly successful afternoon full of fun, exciting challenges and lasting team experiences. Anyone looking for a team building experience in Ettenheim can expect a mix of adventure, culture and community, ideal for companies planning a company outing.
