Team Building Event Pass GmbH & Co. KG
The 21 participants from Pass GmbH & Co. KG met me as their CityHunters team guide at Ennepe Strand on June 7, 2024 at 3:30 PM, ready for an exciting round of Geocaching through Gevelsberg.
After a brief welcome and introduction we split into four teams. I explained the procedure, handed out the tablets with the CityHunters app, and gave the key safety and fair-play instructions. That was the start of our shared adventure, the perfect team building experience in Gevelsberg.
The teams set off to explore the lively town center. Along the route they passed landmarks like the Erlöserkirche and the Kunsthalle Gevelsberg as well as charming waterside spots. At each station there were puzzles and team challenges where points were earned for correct solutions.
During the tour the groups were on their own and could put their creativity and cooperation to the test. I remained reachable by phone to quickly help with questions or minor issues so everyone felt well supported without disrupting the playful competition.
The weather cooperated and the mood was upbeat yet focused. It was clear how communication within the teams improved and how shared successes boosted motivation. Moments like these make our team building experience in Gevelsberg so valuable: colleagues discover new sides of each other and grow closer.
After exactly three hours we met back at Ennepe Strand for the award ceremony. In a short debrief with plenty of applause the highest-scoring teams were celebrated. The mix of puzzles, competition, and a discovery tour produced lots of laughs and unforgettable conversations.
I thank the group from Pass GmbH & Co. KG for their commitment and great energy. Geocaching with CityHunters remains an excellent way to have fun while enjoying a sustainable team building experience in Gevelsberg. Until next time, maybe we will explore more beautiful spots in this town.
